Partner Richard W. Schulte concentrates his practice on products liability, personal injury law, class action, and mass torts litigation against some of the largest corporations and insurance companies. He served as co-lead counsel in landmark cases against DuPont, Covidien, and JP Morgan Chase Bank, the latter of which he secured a settlement of more than $200 million on behalf of 29,000 plaintiffs.
A regularly featured presenter, Richard has spoken at various speaking engagements involving mass tort litigation, police brutality, and other complex practice areas. He has also received the Ohio Association for Justice President’s Award for Distinguished Service to the Trial Bar and was selected to the Super Lawyers list in 2010 and from 2020 to 2024.
Attorney and Marketing Manager Kesha Q. Brooks practices personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense law, focusing on medical malpractice, auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall, and wrongful death. She is passionate about the law and is dedicated to helping underserved populations who cannot fight for themselves.
Kesha is a member of numerous organizations, including the Dayton Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Thurgood Marshall Law Society. This is Kesha’s second year named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Associate Attorney Jacob Gebelle concentrates his practice on personal injury law and mass tort litigation and has represented clients in various cases involving medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, and toxic torts. Before joining Wright & Schulte LLC, Jacob clerked for the Honorable Thomas M. Rose at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where he assisted in drafting bench opinions and memoranda.
Jacob has authored several articles regarding mass tort cases and emerging litigation trends and served as a guest speaker for the Ohio Association for Justice Annual Convention. He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. This is Jacob’s second year being named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
